Walter Okahara Dan Bon 31147. Sadly, he passed away Monday, 11 September, surrounded by his family and close friends and although that was the last time we saw him, Master Walter Okahara lives on in the many hearts he touched and in the Moo Duk Kwan’s unique history as his exemplary energy shaped it.

Fred Kenyon was a founding Charter member of the U.S. Tang Soo Do (Soo Bahk Do) Moo Duk Kwan Federation, Fred Kenyon, Sa Bom Nim was involved in the construction of the U.S. Federation Charter and was present for the National Convention at the Hilton Hotel in New York in 1976.
